Groove Therapy - 20th June 2014

An action packed episode of the Groove Therapy podcast traversing sounds of Washington Go-Go to Brazilian Samba with a heavy dose of disco and boogie thrown in to the mix. The mix also features some of my favourite early nineties club staples from UK hip hop group Outlaw Posse, and Richie Rich. A couple of future B Boy classics also got a spin, courtesy of tracks from Para and Virgil Howe with Shawn Lee. A new releases from Giles Peterson's new project Sonzeira gets the official Groove Therapy track of the week.
